Customer and supplier accounts that cannot be used
Avoid the 4309 and 4109 ranges, reserved for pending invoices, when assigning customers and suppliers.
Which customer and supplier accounts cannot be used in Ubyquo?
When you create or set up customers and suppliers in Ubyquo, certain ranges of ledger accounts are reserved for a specific purpose and must not be used to assign customers or suppliers.
Restricted accounts
Do not use ledger accounts that start with:
4309XXXXXX4109XXXXXX
These account ranges are reserved for pending invoices.
What happens if you use a restricted account?
If you assign one of these accounts to a customer or supplier, the third party's NIF may not be assigned correctly.
This can affect how accounting and financial information is managed in Ubyquo.
Recommendations
To avoid problems when setting up customers and suppliers:
- Use other ranges of ledger accounts that are not reserved.
- Check the account settings before assigning them to a customer or supplier.
- If you are unsure which accounts to use, review your company's accounting settings.
