Download
You download the PDFs from the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency) or Social Security, one by one or all together.
Recognition
Dispatcher detects the type of each document from more than 40 official templates.
Splitting
If a PDF contains several documents, it splits it into one for each.
Extraction
Reads the data specific to each document: company, fiscal year, period...
Filing
Renames it and saves it in your folder tree, in the documents module and in CI Cloud.
Delivery
Emails it to each client's payroll or tax managers.
