Smart extraction
AI models that read PDF documents and obtain their data without any typing. They recognize the document type, locate the data that matters in each case and return it structured and ready for the next step of the process.
Natural language processing
It understands free text such as the descriptions of bank transactions or invoice lines: it detects company names, invoice numbers and references even when they follow no particular format.
Anomaly detection
Every extracted data point is assessed: incorrect data accepted as good is the great enemy of automation. Anything that is not certain does not move forward without being reviewed.
Predictive models
Based on each company's history, they anticipate the most likely ledger account, tax codes, cost center or signatory for each document, with every tax scenario covered, and propose the decision before anyone makes it.
