Verifactu statuses under the Anti-Fraud Law
Find out what each status means under the Anti-Fraud Law: QR code, VERIFACTU records, and dates.
Below are the possible statuses of a company in relation to the Anti-Fraud Law and how each one behaves in the system.
VERIFACTU
- Generates a QR code
- Is registered with VERIFACTU
- Submits records to VERIFACTU
- Does not allow changing the date when invoicing
NO VERIFACTU
- Generates a QR code
- Is registered with VERIFACTU
- Does not submit records to VERIFACTU
- Does not allow changing the date when invoicing
EXEMPT FROM THE ANTI-FRAUD LAW
- Does not generate a QR code
- Is not registered with VERIFACTU
- Does not submit records to VERIFACTU
- Allows changing the date when invoicing
TEST COMPANY
- Does not generate a QR code
- Is not registered with VERIFACTU
- Does not submit records to VERIFACTU
- Allows changing the date when invoicing
UNDEFINED
- Does not generate a QR code
- Is not registered with VERIFACTU
- Does not submit records to VERIFACTU
- Allows changing the date when invoicing
Important consideration
Once a company enters the VERIFACTU or NO VERIFACTU circuit, it cannot leave that status.
You cannot go back or switch to a different circuit once one has been assigned.
