How to use the Ubyquo Help Center

Find the guide you need in a few seconds.

The Help Center has all of Ubyquo's guides, FAQ, manuals and videos, organized by module and by accounting software.

Find an article

Type what you need in the search box

It is at the top of the page. For example: password, Norma 43 or new fiscal year. As you type, you will see the articles whose title matches.

Press Enter or click the arrow to see all results

All the articles that contain those words, in the title or in the text, are shown.

Browse by category

In the Categorías (Categories) menu on the left you will find all the sections of the Help Center:

  • General questions: installation, updates, users, companies and fiscal years.
  • Accounting software: specific guides for Sage, A3, Contasol, SAP and other accounting programs.
  • One section per module: Banks, Central eFactura, Workflows, Orders & Delivery Notes, Invoices, CI Cloud, Documents and Dispatcher.

Click a category to expand it. Inside, the articles are grouped into FAQ, Manuals and Videos. The number in parentheses shows how many articles there are in each group.

Read an article

At the end of each article you will find links to the previous article and the next one in the same section, so you can keep reading without going back to the menu.
