What types of invoices can be posted in Ubyquo?
Check the supported formats and which invoices, such as agricultural invoices or invoices with disbursements, are excluded.
Ubyquo can post received invoices in several formats, as long as they meet the requirements for processing.
Supported invoices
Invoices in image format can be in any of the following formats:
- TIFF
- JPEG
- PNG
- GIF
You can also post invoices using Excel files.
invoices in image format and invoices imported from Excel must always be expressed in euros (€).
Invoices that cannot be posted through Ubyquo
Certain types of invoices cannot be posted through Ubyquo:
- Agricultural invoices (facturas agrarias)
- Invoices with construction withholdings
- Tobacco invoices
- Invoices with disbursements (suplidos)
