Requirements for the documents to be read correctly

To ensure the documents are recognized correctly, you must meet the following requirements:

  • PDF files that have been modified, tampered with or edited with third-party programs are not accepted.
  • Only documents downloaded directly from the official websites of the AEAT or Social Security will be recognized.
  • When downloading documents from the AEAT, you must select the Descargar documento (Download document) option and not Imprimir (Print).
