Verifactu, No-Verifactu and exempt modes: what each one means
What it means to work in Verifactu, No-Verifactu or exempt mode, and how your invoices are recorded.
In this advanced-use video for Ubyquo Central eFactura, we clarify how to work in Verifactu, No-Verifactu or exempt mode when creating a company.
The application complies with the Verifactu and Crea y Crece regulations; you choose whether the company already sends its records to the AEAT, does not yet, or is exempt (for example because it uses SII or for other legal grounds).
What you will see:
- Options at setup: Verifactu / No-Verifactu / Exempt
- QR code on all invoices (also in No-Verifactu; in test mode it may not contain final data)
- Activating Verifactu and automatic submission to the Spanish Tax Agency
- Verifactu record tab (invoices and credit notes)
- Audit: hash, signature and integrity
- Cancelling records with traceability
