Document settings: design and text of invoices and delivery notes

In this advanced-use video of Ubyquo Central eFactura we show you how to customize the design and text of invoices and delivery notes.

You change the logo, choose which dates and language appear on the document, add legal text and regenerate the PDF of invoices already issued without creating them again.

What you'll see:

• Going to Settings, Design tab, and changing the logo
• Options tab: transaction and issue dates, delivery address
• Invoice language (Spanish, Catalan, English, French and others)
• Informative text, data protection clause and company registration details
• Line alias (Item, Services, Fees, Subscriptions)
• Regenerating the PDF of an invoice already issued and checking the result
