Creating a company in CENTRAL eFACTURA: tax and payment details

Register a company in the invoicing tool and set up its tax details, Anti-Fraud Law mode, taxes and payment accounts.

In this advanced-use video of Ubyquo Central eFactura we show you how to register a company in the invoicing tool and set it up to start issuing invoices.

If you are a client of an accounting firm that works with Ubyquo, the company is created automatically. If not, you can create it yourself in a minute and complete its tax and payment details.

What you'll see:

  • Manual registration from Central eFactura > Alta en el Facturador > Nueva empresa, entering the company and the fiscal year
  • Selecting the company in the top-left drop-down and going to Configuración > Datos fiscales
  • Company details and address: ID type, country, tax ID, company type (individual, legal entity or public administration), company name and contact details
  • Tax settings: tax regime (for example, VAT 01, general regime transaction), start of the fiscal year and currency
  • Anti-Fraud Law: from the three-dot menu, activate Verifactu, mark the company as exempt or deactivate No-Verifactu
  • Applicable taxes: VAT rates and withholdings with Emite facturas con retención (for example, 15% professional income tax or 19% rental income tax)
  • Payment details: payment method (direct debit, bank transfer, cash) and bank accounts with IBAN and SWIFT, required if you are paid by transfer or direct debit
  • The Email, Diseño and Opciones tabs are explained in other videos of the series
