Glasof does not open the Ubyquo document viewer: solution
Fix cases where Glasof does not open the Ubyquo viewer by replacing and configuring the executable.
If the Ubyquo viewer does not open, or the document is not displayed, when you try to view attached documents from Glasof, follow this procedure to replace the executable and configure its path.

Copy the Ubyquo executable
- Go to the Ubyquo installation folder.
- Find the UbyquoNet.exe file.
- Copy the file.

Rename the executable
- Paste the copied file into the same folder or the location where Glasof expects to find it.
- Rename the file from UbyquoNet.exe to Ubyquo.exe.

Check the display from Glasof
- Open Glasof.
- Find the document you want to view.
- Select Visualizar Documento (View Document), usually with the Q icon in the V column.
Check whether the document opens correctly.

Manually select the executable's path
If the document does not open automatically, a window may appear asking for the path of the Ubyquo.exe file.
