What's new in Ubyquo 26.01: new features and improvements
Discover the new connectors for Sage US, Panama and QuickBooks, and the improvements to banks and documents.
Version Ubyquo 26.01 brings new features, performance improvements and optimizations across the platform's modules. This update expands ERP integration, improves the management and reconciliation of bank transactions, optimizes document handling and strengthens compatibility with e-invoicing and internationalization requirements.
The main new features included in this version are detailed below.

New ERP connectors
- Sage US / Panama connector. Lets you integrate Ubyquo with the US and Panama versions of Sage.
- QuickBooks connector. Lets you integrate Ubyquo with QuickBooks.

Banks module
- Matching suggestions and more powerful filters. Lets you filter by amount, dates and third parties, and suggests the contra account while matching.
- Receivables without a journal entry. Supports matching receivables that have no associated journal entry, without needing to link them to one.
- Manual reconciliation. Lets you mark bank transactions as reconciled manually.
- Better performance. The loading and matching speed of bank transactions has been significantly improved.

Orders & Delivery Notes module (P&A)
- Integration with Sage 200 Document Management. Lets you connect P&A documents with the Sage 200 Document Management system.
- Barcode reading. Reads the barcodes on sales documents to automatically classify signed delivery notes.
- Faster PDF generation. The generation of PDF files for P&A documents has been optimized.
- Fixes and performance. Counters have been fixed and the performance of the documents tab has been improved.

E-invoices and regulatory compliance
- E-invoice import and reports. Improvements have been made to the import of e-invoices and to their reports.
- Verifactu and FacturaE compatibility. Includes reading the QR code data and the invoice hashes.

Installation, update and deployment
- New client installation. Ubyquo's performance on users' computers has been improved.
- New updater (UbyquoUpdater). It works as a service that downloads and installs updates automatically, applies critical patches immediately and recovers from possible hangs.

Internationalization (Panama, Costa Rica and Colombia)
- Regional settings. Settings are added for Spain, Panama, Costa Rica and Colombia, with the interface texts and the chart of accounts for each country.
- Panama adaptation. Includes handling of ITBMS, RUC and Panama's QR code, as well as a dedicated home page.
