Advanced company settings in CENTRAL eFACTURA: document options
Choose which dates and columns appear on your invoices, their language and e-invoice format, aliases, legal texts and automatic upload to the CIC.
In this advanced-use video of Ubyquo Central eFactura we continue the company setup we started in the video "Creating a company in Central eFactura" and leave it fully ready.
We focus on the Opciones tab: which dates and details appear on your documents, the invoice language and e-invoice format, how invoices are imported, delivery note and item aliases, the columns shown in the PDF, legal texts and the automatic upload of invoices to the CIC.
What you'll see:
- Opening Configuración from the gear icon in the sidebar and a tour of the Datos fiscales, Datos de Cobro, Email (Plantilla correo) and Diseño (Logo, Arrastra o selecciona una imagen) tabs
- Fecha operación (transaction date): the Mostrar fecha operación checkbox and the Usar fecha factura, Usar fecha albarán or Informar manualmente drop-down (invoice date, delivery note date or entered manually)
- Fecha expedición (issue date, Mostrar fecha expedición) and Dirección de entrega (delivery address, Mostrar dirección de entrega)
- Configuración > Idioma factura (invoice language): ES, CA, DE, EN, FR, IT or PT
- Factura electrónica > Formato por defecto: UBL or Facturae, the format in which the e-invoice is generated
- Importación facturas > Al importar facturas: Generar prefacturas (editables) (editable draft invoices) or Generar facturas definitivas (final invoices) when importing from Excel
- Albaranes > Alias de albarán: the name used for delivery notes (Albarán, Presupuesto, Factura proforma, Oferta, Pedido or + Añadir nuevo) and the Mostrar número de albarán en las facturas checkbox to show the delivery note number on invoices
- Artículos > Alias de artículo: the name used for items (Artículo, Concepto, Servicio or + Añadir nuevo; for example, adding "Cuota" with Añadir)
- Campos opcionales en documentos generados: Código Artículo, Número de artículos, Ud. medida, Descuento and Precio de venta, to show or hide columns in the PDF
- Editable legal texts: Texto Informativo (Mostrar texto informativo), Cláusula protección datos (Mostrar cláusula de protección de datos) and Información registral (Mostrar información registral)
- Publicar en CIC > Subir facturas al CIC al facturar: sends invoices automatically to the customer's accounting firm if it works with Ubyquo
- Saving the changes with Guardar
