Import invoices from other applications using Excel

Import documents from other applications from Excel and issue them in compliance with Verifactu and Crea y Crece.

In this advanced-use video for Ubyquo Central eFactura, we show you how to import invoices or delivery notes generated with third-party applications (industry-specific software or international solutions) that do not yet comply with Verifactu or Crea y Crece.

You load an Excel file with customers, items and documents; Central eFactura imports them and, when you invoice from Ubyquo, they comply with current regulations.

What you will see:

  • Importing from Excel (headers, lines and items)
  • Cases with several invoices or one invoice with hundreds of lines
  • Importing as a delivery note or as an invoice
  • Legal rules: sequential numbering and dates (no gaps)
  • Editing delivery notes (prices, discounts, lines) and converting them into invoices
  • Verifactu and Crea y Crece compliance when issuing from Ubyquo

Ideal if you work with industry-specific or international software and need to invoice in Spain with Central eFactura.
